Sales Agreement

1. Introduction

This Sales Agreement governs the sale of products and services through the Minimalisfy brand www.minimalisfy.com website (the "Website"), operated by Ven Spor Tekstil Ticaret ve Sanayi Limited Şirketi ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order through the Website ("Buyer"), the customer is deemed to have accepted all provisions of this agreement.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement governs the sale, delivery, payment terms, and the rights and obligations of the parties regarding products and/or services sold through the Website.

3. Product and Service Information

  • Product and Service Details: The type, quantity, features, and price of the products and/or services purchased are specified at the time of ordering.

  • Pricing: All prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY) and do not include taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment Method: The buyer can make payment by credit card, wire transfer/EFT, or other specified method.

  • Payment Security: All payments are processed through secure payment providers. The Company is not responsible for storing payment information.

5. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery Time: Products will be shipped within 3 business days after the order is confirmed.

  • Delivery Address: Delivery will be made to the address specified by the Buyer.

  • Shipping Fee: Delivery costs are specified at the time of ordering. If not specified, the costs are the Buyer's responsibility.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions

6.1. Right of Withdrawal

  • Legal Period: The Buyer must return the product The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt.

  • Return Shipping Fee: If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the return shipping fee is covered by the Buyer.

  • Products Excluded: Products that are custom-made or have been modified are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

6.2. Return and Exchange Conditions

  • Products to be returned must be complete and unused, in their original packaging.

  • Return and exchange requests must be submitted through the Website or in writing to minimalisfy@gmail.com.

7. Warranty and Liability

  • Products are under the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period is specified in the documents provided with the product.

  • The Company is not responsible for problems arising from force majeure or the Buyer's fault.

9. Force Majeure

The Company cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery or failure to provide service due to force majeure such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, or strikes.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are primarily resolved in good faith. In cases where a resolution cannot be found, Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts, to which the buyer may apply as a consumer, also have jurisdiction.

11. Commencement of Agreement

This agreement comes into force when the Buyer places an order on the Website.

12. Acceptance and Consent

By placing an order through the Website, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this agreement.
