1 • Product Description & Material

What exactly is this, wallpaper or curtains?
This is a studio backdrop measuring 200 × 150 cm, with a single piece of sublimation print on 280 g scuba (polyester) fabric; it is not wallpaper or vinyl.

Are the balloons and flowers in the image real or do they come separately?
No. All objects you see in the photo are printed on fabric; there are no physical accessories included (unless the accessory set is specified separately).

Is the product 3D?
The fabric is flat; the high resolution and shadow depth create a 3D effect.

Back side What color is it?
It is a natural light gray-white; double-sided printing is not possible.

Is the fabric thick? Does it let light through?
The 280 g/m² scuba fabric has a semi-matte finish; it is show-through in normal indoor lighting, but slight silhouettes may occur in strong light.

What exactly comes in the package?

Are balloons, flowers, LED lights, stands, etc. included?
The default package only includes the printed fabric. We do not ship any external items.

3 • Measurements, Sewing & Customization

What are your standard measurements?

150 × 100 cm • portrait
200 × 150 cm • home/studio (most popular)
300 × 200 cm wide stage

I want it larger, what is the limit?
In continuous printing, pieces larger than 600 cm up to 150 cm are joined with a lengthwise seam.

Where does the additional stitching go? Will it be visible in the photo?
For designs exceeding 150 cm wide, the additional piece is centered along the length; the drawing integrity is maintained. It is preserved and unnoticeable in the photo.

Can I buy a large print and cut it?
Yes. When cut straight with scissors, the print won't smear or fray; it will only divide the image.

Do you do custom measurements/designs?
Yes. Just describe the image you want, and we'll create your custom design right away. We offer custom prints with pleasure. Returns are not possible.

4 • Colors, Print Quality & “ÇLines”

Are the white wavy lines in the photo in the real product?
No. They are simply watermarks added to protect the web image; will not appear in the printed product.

Are the colors as vibrant as on-screen?
The matte scuba texture is glare-free; when shot with the correct white balance, it is very close to the saturation on-screen.

Will there be pixelation, blurring, or color fading?
300 dpi printing is used; fade-resistant for 3+ years indoors.

5 • Installation & Usage

How do I hang the backdrop? Is a stand required?
There's a 5cm tunnel stitch along the top edge; you can hang it on a backdrop stand, a curtain rod, or a wall with strong double-sided tape. A stand is recommended but not required.

Is it possible to fix it to the wall without leaving marks?
You can use "Command" type tape or poster plasticine; It doesn't leave a mark when removed.

Can I spread it on the floor and take photos?
Yes. Scuba fabric can also be used as a backdrop because it is flexible and wrinkle-resistant.

Can I use it in humid environments?
Polyester doesn't absorb water; it can be used safely in bathrooms and Turkish baths or for short-term outdoor photography.

6 • Care

Machine washable?
30°C delicate cycle, neutral detergent; do not use bleach.

Is it ironable?
Yes, you can iron the product.

What should I use to remove the stain?
Gently wipe with a warm, soapy sponge; The print won't peel off.

7 • Order & Payment

How can I place my order?
Select product → “Add to cart” → Complete payment. You can track all your orders from your user panel.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards, money order/EFT, and secure online wallets; most cards offer 3-9 installment options.

Can I get an invoice?
All sales are sent as e-invoices to your email.

8 • Shipping & Delivery

When will my order be shipped?
It will be delivered within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

How much is shipping?
It is free within Turkey. International shipping is automatically calculated based on the country/address on the cart screen.

Delivery time?
1-3 business days in Turkey, 3-7 business days in Europe, and 5-10 business days in the US. Shipping density may vary depending on the date.

How do I track my shipment?
A tracking number is sent via SMS and email when the package is shipped; You can monitor the current status via the link.

Is urgent/same-day shipping possible?
We offer courier service within Istanbul; confirm stock and route before purchasing.

9 • Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

Can I return it if I don't like it?
You can return unused standard products free of charge within 14 days.

Can I return personalized products?
Orders can be canceled before production; replacements will only be made after printing for manufacturing defects. Arbitrary returns are not accepted for custom-designed products.

What should I do if the product arrives damaged?
After delivery, please report it to the support team with a photo; a replacement will be sent free of charge.

10 • Bulk Purchase & Stock

The product is out of stock; When will it be restocked?
Our products are never out of stock; they are produced upon request.

Do you offer discounts on bulk purchases?
Tiered discounts on orders of 10+ units; request a quote for agency and studio agreements.

11 • Future Products

What products can I buy now, and what's coming?
Studio backdrops are currently available. Custom-designed t-shirts, jerseys, tote bags, mouse pads, sweatpants, and other printed textiles will be added to our collection soon.

12 • Personalization

Can I have my name, logo, or text added to it?
Yes. Upload your desired image on the "Design Your Own" page; it will be printed after your approval. Custom prints are non-refundable.

Can I print my own image?
Simply submit your image; copyright remains with the sender.

Can I change the color tone?
We can rearrange the primary colors to pastel, more vibrant, or black and white; Minor color corrections are free.
